Abstract
Abstract The cable comprises a central conductor, a first layer of insulation and at least one second layer of insulation around the first, one of these layers being formed by a helically wrapped strip of polyimide synthetic resin and the various layers being bonded together by a thermal treatment. The cable is characterised in that the second layer is formed by an extruded layer of a non-crosslinked perfluoroalkoxy or polyether-ether-ketone thermoplastic resin. <IMAGE>
