Abstract

Dadurch erhält man zwei druckempfindliche Kondensatoren, deren Kapazitätänderung in Abhängigkeit vom Druck jeweils gleich groß ist Capacitive pressure sensor with a silicon membrane - (22) and a common first electrode (100), each of which forms a capacitor with a second and third electrode (62 and 64). The second and third electrodes (62, 6 4 ) are mirror images arranged with respect to one another with respect to a plane of symmetry which is perpendicular to the surface of the silicon membrane and divides the silicon membrane (22) and the first electrode (100) into two equal halves. This results in two pressure-sensitive capacitors, the capacitance change of which is the same depending on the pressure
