Abstract
Abstract This invention is composed of detecting means for detecting operating condition of a vehicle, operation data recording device D1 loaded on a vehicle for arithmetic processing detected data to write into external memory unit 10, and external data processing device (external computer) D2 for processing data stored in external memory unit 10. And of data detected by the detecting means S, numeral value data such as speed, engine r.p.m. or the like are displayed to external display device 6, and operation or non-operation data are processed arithmetic to data for memorizing at arithmetic portion 50 to be written into external memory unit 10. While, data obtained from other than detecting means S are input by external input portion 1 of the operation data recording device D1 to be written into external memory unit 10. Thus input data and parameter stored in inner memory M is enabled to accesse and to debug at any time through connector for maintenance. After work is terminated, data for managing can be input to make external data processing device D2 read data stored in the external memory unit 10.

An operation data recording system comprising: detecting means for detecting operating condition of an automobile, a vehicle with working machine or the like, an external display device for displaying the prescribed operation data in real time which are obtained from the said detecting means, a vehicle data recording device to be connected with data externally writing means, loaded on the above-mentioned automobile, vehicle with working machine or the like, and an external managing data processing device for reading data stored in an external memory unit and to process them, characterized in that the said operation data recording device comprising; an arithmetic processing portion for arithmetic processing data for external displaying on the basis of data input from the above-mentioned detecting means, as well as operation data for recording when the external memory unit is attached to the vehicle data recording device, a connector for maintenance accessible to inner memory for memorizing data input from predetermined parameter and each detecting portion, and inputting means for inputting data for manual input.

An operation data recording system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detecting means is composed of engine operation detecting means for detecting operation or non-operation of an engine, a vehicle operation detecting means for detecting travelling or non-trovelling of a vehicle, and an actual work detecting means for detecting actual work or non-actual work, and an arithmetic processing portion of the vehicle data recording device or an arithmetic processing portion of controlling data processing device comprises; idling judging means which judges engine idling in case engine operation data and vehicle non-operation data are input at the same sampling intervals, transportation judging means which judges vehicle transportation when vehicle operation data and non-actual work data are input at the same sampling intervals, and actual work judging means which judges actual operation when actual work data are input, on the basis of data obtained from the above-mentioned detecting means.

An operation data recording system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operation data obtained from an engine operation detecting means, a vehicle operation detecting means and the actual work detecting means are added for every operation or non-operation data respectively at intervals of longer prescribed time than intervals to be sampled, and the said added value is comparatively judged with predetermined standard value and input to idling judging means, transportation judging means and actual work judging means through data compressing means for conversion processing into operation or non-operation data with the above-mentioned long prescribed time.

An operation data recording system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manual inputting means is composed of a classification setting switch for choosing classification of manual inputting data, a value setting switch for setting value therof, a writing switch for writing data which are set classification and value into the external memory unit or inner memory, a cancelling switch for cancelling the written data, and a finishing switch turned on when work finishes to write operation data which is written into the inner memory to the external memory unit.
