Abstract
Abstract The component has an electrical power device 1 which is connected to a heat sink 6. In order to achieve an electrically insulating connection with a good heat transfer value between the heat sink 6 and the power device 1 with simple means and with low mechanical and thermal loading, the power device 1 is cemented to the heat sink 6 by means of a silicone adhesive. The silicone adhesive is then cured to form a permanently elastic layer in a thermal treatment. <IMAGE>
