Self-extinguisking thermoplastic polyamide moulding compositions
Abstract
Abstract Translated from German Selbstverlöschende thermoplastische Polyamid-Formmassen, enthaltend Polyamide, Polyphenylenether und Zusatzstoffe, aekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an (A) 30 bis 4 0 Gew.% mindestens eines thermoplastischen Polyamids (B) 20 bis 50 Gew.% mindestens eines thermoplastischen Polyphenylenethers (C) 5 bis 15 Gew. Self-extinguishing thermoplastic polyamide molding compositions containing polyamides, polyphenylene ethers and additives, characterized by a content of (A) 30 to 4 0 wt.% Of at least one thermoplastic polyamide (B) 20 to 50% by weight of at least one thermoplastic polyphenylene ether (C) 5 to 15 % by weight of at least one alkali or alkaline earth phosphate, a high-boiling phosphoric acid ester, phosphonic acid ester, phosphonous acid ester. Phosphinic acid ester or organic phosphine oxide (D) 5 to 30% by weight of framework-forming fillers (E) 0 to 30% by weight of glass fibers (F) 0 to 20% by weight of at least one rubber-elastic polymer (G) 0 to 20% by weight of at least one styrene polymer, the weight percentages of components A to G adding up to 100% by weight and (H) optionally additives in effective amounts.
