Method and device for controlling of a rotating field machine
Abstract
In this method for controlling a three-phase machine (IM) fed via an inverter (WR), the amplitude of the stator current flow formed from the measured stator current components and stator voltage components serves as the actual value of a flux control loop. A flux controller (V1) adjusts the phase or frequency of the inverter output voltage system depending on a stator flux setpoint. The torque of the machine formed from the measured stator current components and the calculated stator flux components serves as the actual value of a torque control loop. A torque controller (V2) adjusts the amplitude of the inverter output voltage system depending on a specified torque setpoint. For this purpose, a signal switch (SU) is used to switch back and forth between the voltage state specified by the flow controller (V1) and the voltage state zero. This results in simple signal processing without being dependent on machine parameters. This method of direct self-regulation for the flux or the torque of a three-phase machine can be used in particular with pulse-controlled inverters with constant DC input voltage.
