Abstract Translated from German Weichgelatinekapseln, die eine Lösung von 15 bis 30 Gewichtsteilen Ibuprofen in 70 bis 85 Gewichtsteilen Polyoxysthylen-polyoxypropylen-Polymer oder in einem Gemisch aus 30 bis 76 Gewichtsteilen Polyalkylenglykol und 7 bis 40 Gewichtsteilen eines Tensids enthalten, haben eine sehr rasche und hohe Bioverfügbarkeit des Wirkstoffes. Der Wirkstoff wird durch wässrige Medien wie künstlichen Magensaft nicht wieder ausgefällt. Soft gelatin capsules, which contain a solution of 15 to 30 parts by weight of ibuprofen in 70 to 85 parts by weight of polyoxysthylene-polyoxypropylene polymer or in a mixture of 30 to 76 parts by weight of polyalkylene glycol and 7 to 40 parts by weight of a surfactant, have a very rapid and high bioavailability of the active ingredient. The active ingredient is not reprecipitated by aqueous media such as artificial gastric juice.
