Claims Analysis
Total Claims: 12
Claim 1
Independent Claim
93 words
Method for optimising the drafting process in regulating draft frames of the textile industry having at least one open regulating loop and one further measuring device at the outlet of the regulating path, characterised in that the signal (U₁₉) obtained from at least one measuring device (19) at the outlet of the regulating path (11 - 15) is supplied to an electronic system (23) which influences the regulation parameters for the total amplification (V) and the transit time (T) of the electronic regulating system (22) of the open regulating loop (21, 22, 16).
Claim 2
Dependent Claim
26 words
Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the electronic regulating system (22) and the electronic system (23) are integrated into a total electronic system (24).
Claim 3
Dependent Claim
65 words
Method according to claim 1, characterized in that the signals from the measuring device (19) at the outlet of the regulating path (11-15) and from the measuring device (21) of the open regulating loop are correlated with each other in an electronic system (23); and in that the regulating parameters (V, T) are influenced in the electronic regulating system (22) by means of these signals.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim
20 words
Method according to claims 1 and 3, characterized in that the signals of predetermined wavelengths are correlated with each other.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim
24 words
Method according to claims 1, 3 and 4, characterised in that a cross-correlation is formed from the signals of the measuring devices (19, 21).
Claim 6
Dependent Claim
42 words
Method according to claim 1, characterised in that a measuring device is used of the kind whose outlet signal (U₁₉) follows all fluctuations of the cross-section of the textile material (10) as measuring device (19) at the outlet of the regulating path.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim
51 words
Apparatus for carrying out the method according to claim 1, characterised by regulating devices (21, 22) which influence the regulating parameters of an open regulating loop (21, 22, 16) under the influence of the signal (U₁₉) obtained in a measuring device (19) at the outlet of the regulating path (11-14, 16).
Claim 8
Dependent Claim
58 words
Apparatus according to claim 7, characterised in that the signal (U₁₉) delivered by the measuring device (19) at the outlet of the regulating path (11-14, 16) is applied via an electronic system (23) to the electronic regulating system (22) of the open regulating loop and influences in the latter the parameters which act on the regulating drive (16).
Claim 9
Dependent Claim
64 words
Apparatus according to claim 7, characterised in that the signal (U₁₉) delivered by the measuring device (19) at the outlet of the regulating path (11-14, 16) is correlated by means of an electronic system (23) with the signal (U₂₁) originating from the measuring device (21) of the open regulating loop and is applied to the electronic regulating system (22) of the open regulating loop.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim
41 words
Apparatus according to claim 7, characterised by a measuring device (19) at the outlet of the regulating path (11-14, 16), having a measurement principle which follows at least approximately without inertia all fluctuations in the cross-section of the textile material (10).
Claim 11
Dependent Claim
23 words
Apparatus according to claim 10, characterised in that the first measuring device (19) is based on the principle of the fiber wave spread.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim
26 words
Apparatus according to claim 7, characterised in that the electronic regulating system (22) and the electronic system (23) are integrated into a total electronic system (24).
