Abstract
Abstract A voltage difference detector with a pair of current mirrors each formed by a first, diode connected, transistor (T7, T10) and a second transistor (T8, T11) with matched resistors (R,R<1>) in their collector circuits. A reference voltage (VREF) is applied to the commoned emitter of two level sensing transistors (T9, T12) whose bases are respectively strapped to the collectors of the second transistors (T8, T11) of the current mirrors.
