Abstract

Abstract A delay circuit for a gate-array LSI including at least one in- ver t er having a plurality of P-channel transistors (Qip to Q 4 p) and a plurality of N-channel transistors (Q 1n to Q 4n ) connected in series. The P-channel/N-channel transistors are driven by an input potential (IN), and the common output of an innermost pair (Q 4 p, Q4 n) of P-channel/N-channel transistors generates an output (OUT).
