Propulsion device for machines and vehicles, especially for construction vehicles, e.g. a shovel loader
Abstract
Abstract 1. A propulsion device for machines and vehicles, in particular for those with simultaneously driven units and especially for constructional vehicles such as wheeled loaders, comprising a variable speed driving motor (1) that drives a transmission unit (4) having an adjustable hydrostatic transmission including a pump (3) and a hydraulic motor, and followed by a gear-changing system (6), the hydrostatic transmission (4) being power-output-controlled as a function of the speed of the driving motor (1), characterised in that the hydrostatic transmission (4) has associated with it a control device (10) that during the changing effects inverse proportional matching of the output speed of the hydrostatic transmission (4) or the input speed of the gear changing system (6) to the change in speed required by the gear change, in that automatically controlled drives (13) are associated with a coupling and/or with the changing mechanism of the gear-changing system, and in that a control device (14) is provided for automatically changing the gear-changing system as a function of the input speed and the torque of the hydrostatic transmission (4).
