Abstract
Abstract The present invention is a composition and method to process an ultrahigh molecular weight polymer, preferably a vinylic polymer, from about 0.1 to about 25 percent by weight based on the weight of the polymer of a material containing more than one acid group, and from about 0.01 to about 2.5 percent by weight based on the weight of the polymer of a polyfunctional Lewis base.
