Abstract

The invention relates to a provisional securing device in the space of two parts 1 and 2 edge to edge along a contact surface comprising retaining members 6 and 7 distributed in pairs on either side of this contact surface on each of these parts respectively, and temporary connecting members 12 to keep coupled the retaining members of each pair, as well as an automatic release mechanism comprising a coordinating element 23 connected to the temporary connecting members and adapted to release longitudinally these vis-à-vis the retaining members under the action of an opening mechanism. According to the invention, the retaining members 6 and 7 of the same pair have complementary reliefs 13 and 14 for their longitudinal retention in at least one direction; in addition, these members jointly define a bulged tenon 8-9, preferably in dovetail, oriented longitudinally and engaged in a throttled groove 11 formed in a jumper 12 forming a temporary holding member. Application in particular to the temporary closure of space containers for the temporary storage of folded solar panels.
