Device to determine the power consumption pattern of a building
Abstract
Abstract This device makes it possible to provide in a simple manner a diagnosis on the thermal behaviour of a building by determining the activity rate Px of the heating installation 3 over a series of successive periods of operation of this installation. This activity rate Px is calculated each time (calculation circuit 7) by establishing the ratio between the activity state and the inactivity state of the installation. The power consumption pattern can then be established by plotting the activity rate Px as a function of the outside temperature Te, taking account directly of the operation of the heating installation. Moreover, the insolation (sensors 13) and the force of the wind (differential manometric device 12) can also be taken into account, in order to plot a multiple power consumption pattern made up of curves plotted for predetermined conditions of insolation and of wind force. A microprocessor 16 makes it possible to subject all the values measured to a statistic calculation. <IMAGE>
