Abstract Translated from German Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein kontinuierlich arbeitendes Adsorptionsverfahren zum Reinigen und Trennen von Gasgemischen durch Druckwechseladsorption, unter Einsatz von mindestens zwei Adsorptionsmittelbetten, wobei das zu trennende Gasgemisch durch Wärmeaustausch mit der Vakuumpumpe aufgewärmt wird. The present invention relates to a continuously operating adsorption process for cleaning and separating gas mixtures by pressure swing adsorption, using at least two beds of adsorbent, the gas mixture to be separated being warmed up by heat exchange with the vacuum pump.
