Abstract Translated from French On excite la fluorescence des molécules d'uranium dans la solution par un tir laser pulsé, on étudie pour une longueur d'onde donnée la courbe de décroissance exponentielle de cette fluorescence, on en déduit la valeur F o de cette même fluorescence à la fin de chaque impulsion laser et on la compare à la valeur F' o obtenue pour une solution d'uranium étalon, comportant une quantité connue d'uranium. We excite the fluorescence of the uranium molecules in the solution by a pulsed laser shot, we study for a given wavelength the exponential decay curve of this fluorescence, we deduce the value F o of this same fluorescence at the end of each laser pulse and it is compared to the value F ' o obtained for a standard uranium solution, comprising a known quantity of uranium.
