Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 6
Claim 1
Independent Claim 181 words
An automatic heating apparatus comprising: a heating cavity (7) for receiving a load including an object (8) and a container; heating means (9) for heating the load in the cavity (7); first sensor means (13) for detecting at least one of gas and vapour emitted from said object during heating thereof; second sensor means (15) for detecting weights (W o ) received in the cavity (7); control means (6) connected to said first and second sensors (13,15) and capable of evaluating a heating time T 1 when a predetermined level of at least one of gas and vapour is detected; and key means (4) connected to said control means (9) for providing thereto instructions for heating said object; characterised in that said key means (4) includes a single key (5) for defining reheating operations and said second sensor means (15) detects the total weight (W o ) of said load (8), the control means (9) calculating therefrom a maximum heating time To; and wherein the heating means is actuated until such time To expires or said time T 1 is attained.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 181 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 39 words
An apparatus according to Claim 1 wherein the maximum heating time To is calculated from the equation T o =AW o +B, where W o is the total weight of said load and A and B are predetermined constants.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 19 words
An apparatus as claimed in Claim 1 or 2 wherein said heating means comprises a microwave power source (9).
Claim 5
Independent Claim 22 words
An apparatus according to any preceding claim wherein said first sensor means (13) is an absolute humidity sensor for detecting absolute humidity.
Claim 6
Independent Claim 31 words
An apparatus as claimed in any preceding claim wherein the control means (9) calculates an additional heating time KT 1 if T 1 is obtained first, wherein K is a constant.
