Abstract

Abstract A stator for magnet-type rotating machines comprises projections (20a) formed in the inner circumferential surface of a fixed frame (20) in the circumferential direction at a predetermined distance. Position determining pieces (30) each having elasticity and engaging parts (30b) are fitted to the projections (20a). Permanent magnets (1) are secured between the position determining pieces (30) in such a manner that the raised portions (30c) of the position determining pieces are in contact with end surfaces extending in the radial direction of the permanent magnets (1) and the engaging parts (30b) are in contact with end surfaces in the circumferential direction of the permanent magnets to effect determination of position of the same.

Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 5
Claim 1
Independent Claim 139 words
A stator for magnet-type rotating machines, characterized by (a) a cylindrical fixed frame (20) having an inner circumferential surface in which projections (20a) are formed at a predetermined distance in the circumferential direction, (b) a plurality of permanent magnets (1) fitted between said projections (20a) in the inner circumferential surface of said fixed frame (20), and (c) position determining pieces (30) each of which has through holes (30a) engaged with said projections (20a) of said fixed frame (20); raised portions (30c) having elasticity to be in contact with end surfaces extending in the radial direction of said permanent magnets (1) to determine position in the radial direction of the same and engaging parts (30b) being in contact with end surfaces in the axial direction of said permanent magnets (1) to determine position in the axial direction of the same.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 139 words
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 71 words
The stator for magnet-type rotating machines according to Claim 1, characterized in that said position determining pieces (30) are formed by bending a plate-like elastic material into a U-shape, in which said raised portions (30c) having elasticity have a length slightly smaller than that in the axial direction of said permanent magnets (1) and being in contact with the end surfaces extending in the radial direction of said permanent magnets (1).
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 53 words
The stator according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said projections (20a) are arranged in the inner circumferential surface of said fixed frame (20) in two rows in the circumferential direction at a predetermined distance and each of said projections (20a) extending in the radial direction draws a curved line (R).
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 36 words
The stator for magnet-type rotating machines according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that an auxiliary pole (7) is attached to an end surface of said permanent magnets (1) in the circumferential direction.
