Abstract

Abstract Translated from German In der optischen Nachrichtentechnik gewinnen Monomode-Systeme zunehmend an Bedeutung. Monomode systems are becoming increasingly important in optical communications technology. However, there are unpleasant effects due to the interaction of the laser spectrum and the dispersion of the optical waveguide, which can be effectively dealt with using an external reflector. The stabilization device according to the invention for a monomodal optical transmitter can be attached to the heat sink block (5) of a commercially available laser (3) and allows the spring clamp body (4) to be adjusted in relation to the heat sink block (5) in the axial direction to adjust the concave mirror (2) To move towards the vertical plane. The distance between the laser (3) and concave mirror (2) is then adjusted by axially displacing the mirror body (1). A clamp (11) is provided for a corresponding mounting of the mirror body (1). The end of the mirror body (1) with the concave mirror (2) can have a flattened projection (8), a non-rotating cross-section or, in the case of a circular cross-section, a pin (6) to prevent rotation.
