Abstract

The invention serves to ensure safe blocking of the CMOS inverter, the operating voltage of which is in a high-voltage range of approximately 20 V when it is driven by a lower operating voltage using a CMOS inverter. In addition to the MOS-FET (2) there is a self-conducting n-channel MOST-FET (3), the control input of which is connected to the inverter output.
