Abstract
Abstract For treating the negative symptoms of schizophrenia in humans, a benzodiazepine of the formula wherein X is H, CH 3 , CH 2 OH, alkoxymethyl, alkanoyloxymethyl or carboxyalkanoyloxymethyl, Y is H or OH and Z is H or Cl, is used.
