Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung betrifft neue substituierte 5-Acylamino-1-phenylpyrazole der allgemeinen Formel (I) in welcher R 1 für Cyano, Alkoxycarbonyl, Alkenyloxycarbonyl, Alkinyloxycarbonyl, Aminocarbonyl, Alkylaminocarbonyl, Alkenylaminocarbonyl oder Alkinylaminocarbonyl steht, R 2 für Wasserstoff, Alkyl, Alkenyl, Alkinyl, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Cycloalkyl, Alkoxyalkyl, Alkylthioalkyl, Halogenalkyl oder für gegebenenfalls substituiertes Aryl steht und R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 und R 7 , welche gleich oder verschieden sind, für Wasserstoff, Halogen, Cyano, Nitro, Alkyl, Alkoxy, Alkylsulfonyl, Alkoxycarbonyl oder für einen Rest-(X) n -R 8 stehen, wobei X für Sauerstoff, Schwefel, Sulfinyl oder Sulfonyl steht, n für 0 oder 1 steht und R 8 für Halogenalkyl steht, mit der Maßgabe, daß mindestens einer der Reste R 3 , R4, R 5 , R 6 oder R 7 für einen Rest -(X) n -R 8 steht, wobei jedoch nicht gleichzeitig R 1 für Cyano und R 5 für Trifluormethyl stehen, ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung und ihre Verwendung als Herbizide. The invention relates to new substituted 5-acylamino-1-phenylpyrazoles of the general formula (I) in which R 1 represents cyano, alkoxycarbonyl, alkenyloxycarbonyl, alkynyloxycarbonyl, aminocarbonyl, alkylaminocarbonyl, alkenylaminocarbonyl or alkynylaminocarbonyl, R 2 stands for hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, optionally substituted cycloalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl, haloalkyl or for optionally substituted aryl and R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 6 and R 7 , which are the same or different, represent hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylsulfonyl, alkoxycarbonyl or a radical- (X) n -R 8 , where X is oxygen, sulfur, sulfinyl or sulfonyl, n is 0 or 1 and R 8 is haloalkyl, with the proviso that at least one of the radicals R 3 , R4, R 5 , R 6 or R 7 represents a radical - (X) n -R 8 , but not simultaneously R 1 is cyano and R 5 is trifluoromethyl, a process for their preparation and their use as herbicides.
