Abstract The invention relates to compositions having a high bactericidal power, wherein they contain: at least one derivative of biguanide selected from hexamethylene-bis-5-(p-chlorophenyl)-biguanide (chlorhexidine) and the hydrochloride of polyhexamethylenebiguanide (PHMB), and, 1,3-bis-( beta -ethylhexyl)-5-aminohexahydropyrimidine (hexetidine).
