Abstract
Abstract A reagent for immunological determination in the form of a carrier such as a microparticle (e.g. microcapsule) or a sheet-type carrier which is provided on the surface with poly(vinyl alcohol) having a saponification degree of not higher than 90% and sensitized with an immunologically active component such as antigen, antibody, or an enzyme-labeled immunologically active component.
