Abstract Translated from German Tetrahydropyridazinone der Formell worin R einen gegebenenfalls substituierten carbocyclischen oder heterocyclischen Rest, R' Wasserstoff; Alkyl; Aralkyl, das im Arylteil gegebenenfalls substituiert ist; oder Acyl, R 2 Wasserstoff; Alkyl, das gegebenenfalls substituiert sein kann; oder gegebenenfalls substituiertes Phenyl; bedeuten, sowie ihre Säureadditionsverbindungen, soweit diese herstellbar sind. Tetrahydropyridazinone of the formula wherein R is an optionally substituted carbocyclic or heterocyclic radical, R 'is hydrogen; Alkyl; Aralkyl which is optionally substituted in the aryl part; or acyl, R 2 is hydrogen; Alkyl, which may be substituted; or optionally substituted phenyl; mean, and their acid addition compounds, insofar as these can be produced. Die erfindungsgemäßen Tetrahydropyridazinonderivate der Formel und ihre physiologisch verträglichen Salze zeigen wertvolle pharmakologische Wirkungen. The tetrahydropyridazinone derivatives of the formula and their physiologically tolerable salts show valuable pharmacological effects.
