Abstract

This process is based on the radiation-matter interaction of a structure with discontinuities and in which at least one layer is the seat of an electron transport. For this purpose, a stimulation signal (Se) is sent through the device to be tested and jointly at least one source of radiation (2) sends incident radiation laughed against the surface of the device (1). The secondary radiation (re) emitted by the device (1) is detected as well as the response (Sp) from the device (1). These signals are compared either individually or in combination with a reference.
