Detecting device of an undesired infrared camera
Abstract
This device comprises a continuous infrared laser (1) directed towards the camera (25), a receiver (10) for the infrared signals returned by the camera, a processing circuit (23) for these signals, capable of determining a delay time, a delay circuit (22) delivering electrical signals delayed by said delay time relative to the reception of infrared signals, and a pulsed laser (16) sending laser pulses to the camera (25) respectively upon receipt of the delayed signals. Application to the detection of an opposing infrared camera placed on a battle tank.
