Abstract

Abstract This graphic machine comprises a printing device including a drawing head (30) forming part of a line-printing module, and a writing head (40) forming part of a dot-printing module. A device for controlling the printing device comprises selection means receiving graphic data relating to graphic elements to be reproduced in order to determine which of the printing modules is to be used in order to print these graphic elements. The control device also comprises means for the selective activation of the printing modules in order to transmit selectively the graphic data to the module selected and to control the printing of these data. <IMAGE>
