L'invention comprend également certains intermédiaires actifs en chimiothérapie, et des dérivés aminés de ceux-ci. The invention relates to new conjugates of vinblastine and of some of these known derivatives with proteins, protein fragments, amino acids or amines, serving as an anti-tumor agent. The invention also includes certain intermediates active in chemotherapy, and amino derivatives thereof. Ces composés répondent à la formule générale suivante: dans laquelle A représente un «bras» tel que -COCH 2 -, -COCH 2 -CH 2 CO-, COCH 2 -CH 2 -CH 2 CO-, R, représente un radical protéique éventuellement modifié, un groupe amino NR 3 R 4 , un chlore ou un groupe ester d'acide aminé lié via la fonction amine et R 2 représente un groupe méthoxy, un groupe amino ou un radical ester d'acide a-aminé lié par une liaison de type amide et dont le groupe ester comporte de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone, R 3 et R 4 représente des groupes alkyle comportant de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone ou, ensemble, un groupe alkanediyle comportant de 3 à 5 atomes de carbone.
