Ski, mountain or country walk boot
Abstract
Abstract The boot for skiing, mountain or country walking comprises a rigid shell (1) on which is articulated, about a transverse spindle (8), an upper (2, 3). The upper is articulated around two portions of the spindle (8) which are locked in respect of transverse translational movement and capable of being displaced while each is being guided in a longitudinal slot arranged in the bottom of the upper (2, 3). The boot also advantageously comprises a tongue (12), at the base of the leg, articulated (at 13) transversely relative to the shell (1). The articulations (8, 13) with slots (9, 14) make it possible to enable the ankle to move naturally whilst being securely held. <IMAGE>
