Clamping system, especially for rotating tools
Abstract
A multi-part clamping system, in particular for rotary tools, is provided with a receiving body (1) which may have a clamping shank and which has on one end face a contact surface (4) approximately at right angles to the axis of rotation and a coaxial tapered receiving bore (5), and preferably with a Tool carrier designed connecting part (14), which is also formed on one end face with a perpendicular to the axis of rotation contact surface and with a coaxial, in the tapered mounting hole tapered centering pin (16). In order to ensure high concentricity even when large forces act laterally on the connecting part, the arrangement is such that the inner cone of the receiving bore (5) has a larger, smaller angle value than the outer cone! of the centering pin (16), such that when the centering pin (16) is inserted into the receiving bore (5), the outer cone first comes into contact with the inner cone in the region of its smallest diameter and that the centering pin (16) and / or is designed accordingly of the receiving body (1) during the axial bracing of the connecting part (14) with the receiving body ( 1 ), until at least one of the two cones abuts against one another, until at least one of the two cones can be elastically deformed up to the large-area contact of the two cones.
