Il est caractérisé en ce qu'il est d'un type inséré longitudinalement dans une alvéole (36) ménagée dans un bloc isolant (104) et présentant des génératrices longitudinales et comporte: a. un corps (7) coopérant avec au moins un bord de l'alvéole (36) de telle sorte que, une fois le contact inséré, il présente un axe longitudinale sensiblement parallèle à la direction des génératrices de l'alvéole (36); b. une borne de sortie (20) disposée à une extrémité longitudinale du corps du contact (10) et dépassant de l'alvéole (36); c. un prolongement (21) formant butée pour le contact sur le bloc isolant (104) dans le sens de l'insertion du contact; d. une languette élastique (15) coopérant avec une face d'arrêt d'une cavité de rétention disposée dans l'alvéole de manière à former butée dans le sens opposé à l'insertion du contact une fois celui-ci inséré; et ledit bras élastiquement déformable (1, 6) est disposé à l'autre extrémité longitudinale du corps (7) du contact et dépasse de l'alvéole (36).
