Abstract
Abstract A document issuing apparatus wherein images of different forms and images of data to be printed on the forms are produced and stored in a memory (8). The form images and data images are combined and edited to produce a series of slip images. A printing device (7) prints the slip images on a sequence of documents. The sequence of documents is examined by a checking device (9) to determine if the documents have been printed in the proper order.
