Locking system for movable mechanical parts

Abstract

Abstract The moveable mechanical closure has no direct mechanical connecting element between lock (20) and operating device (25). The operating device on the outside of the door does not indicate the position of the locks (20) and blocking points (14l...14m...14n). The armour plating of the door is not perforated at critical points by connecting elements. The number of locks (20) and blocking points (14) can be multiplied to form the operating unit. Locks and blocking points can be varied in position from door to door, because they are independent of the position of the connecting elements and operating device. An electronic operating device (45) has storage means (45<III>, 45<IV>) and contains a microprocessor (45'). A keyboard (35) of the operating means for the lock (20) or locks can be arranged remotely from the door (1). <IMAGE>
