Abstract Translated from German Bei einer Verkaufsanlage für Waren, vorzugsweise für Waren der Lebensmittelbranche, liegt hinter einem kontrollierbaren Kunden-Eingang wenigstens eine Bedienungsstelle für Waren eines bestimmten Sortiments vorgesehen mit Preisangabegeräten. Vor dem Kunden-Ausgang sind Zahlstellen vorgesehen mit Kassen und gegebenenfalls mit Quittungs-Druckern. Für eine irrtumsfreie, gut kontrollierbare Arbeitsweise wird vorgeschlagen, Kenngrößen enthaltende Identifikationskarten dem Kunden vor dem Eingang auszugeben, die ein maschinenlesbares Feld mit der Kenngröße enthalten. Am Eingang sind Lesestellen eines Registriergerätes vorgesehen, wo diese Kenngrößen erfaßt und einem Zentralcomputer zugeführt werden und als Adressen für alle weiteren Einkaufshandlungen dienen. An den verschiedenen Bedienungsstellen befinden sich ebenfalls Lesestellen für Identitätskarten. Am Ausgang der Anlage sind Löschungsgeräte mit weiteren Lesestellen für die Identitätskarte vorgesehen, welche für die abgelesene Kenngröße sowohl alle Geräte der Bedienungs- und gegebenenfalls Zahlstellen als auch den Zentralcomputer für die Aufnahme weiterer Daten dieser Identitätskarten sperrt.
