Le déplacement du piston (12) vers le conteneur est commandé par un levier (3) comportant un cliquet (19) coopérant avec une crémaillère (15) ménagée sur le piston, assurant une démultiplication de la pression manuelle exercée par l'utilisateur sur ledit levier.
