Die Preßlinge werden nach einem Verfahren hergestellt, bei dem der Wirkstoff mit Poly-D(-)-3-hydroxybuttersäure auf mechanische Weise vermischt und homogenisiert wird, worauf das Homogenat unter einem Druck von 1 bis 20 Tonnen beispielsweise zu Tabletten oder Drageekernen direkt verpreßt wird.
