Remote control equipment for the putting-in and/or the programming of movements, forces and torques of a robot, a manipulator and a graphical display with the aid of a six-dimensional force-moment sensor
Abstract
In the case of a method for programming movements and machining forces or momentum of a robot, voltages are multiplied by a sensor matrix from a spatially fixed or from a sensor handle attached after the last robot joint, but in front of the robot joint sensor and thereby converted into forces / moments; Voltages emitted by a robot joint sensor are also multiplied by a sensor matrix and the resulting forces / moments are transformed into inertial system values. The sum of the forces / moments derived from the sensor handle and the forces / moments derived from the robot joint sensor are then converted in the simplest case into translation / rotation speeds, which are then transformed into joint commands that can be processed by the robot by means of a coordinate transformation. In the device for carrying out the method, the force-torque sensor is permanently integrated in a hollow body, preferably in the form of a hollow ball.
