Abstract
Abstract An electronic circuit device, such as an integrated circuit device, includes a plurality of circuit portions which are not all used at the same time, for example, ECL-type circuits used to read out information from a memory and TTL-type circuits used to write in information into memory cells. The electronic circuit device comprises at least one power terminal (V1, V2) commonly provided for the plurality of circuit portions, and control means (SW-A, SW-B) for activating part of the circuit portions in accordance with the potential of a power source voltage applied to the power terminal or terminals.
