Abstract
Abstract An information holding device comprises a pair of substrates (230, 240) having a first electrode (210) and a second electrode (220) oppositely formed on opposing surfaces thereof, and a dielectric material (250) disposed between the pair of substrates. A capacitance of a dielectric material portion disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode is changed and detected.
