Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 12
Claim 1
Independent Claim 47 words
A method for the production of a composite material in the form of a web, comprising fibres, a curable resin and expanded thermoplastic microspheres, characterized in, that a web of fibres and microspheres is impregnated with the resin and that the resin is at least partially cured.
Claim 2
Independent Claim 47 words
A method for the production of a composite material in the form of a web, comprising fibres, a curable resin and expanded thermoplastic microspheres, characterized in, that a web of fibres and microspheres is impregnated with the resin and that the resin is at least partially cured.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 41 words
A method according to claim 1, characterized in, that the web is produced by depositing free fibres and free microspheres from a liquid suspension and that the web is at least partly dewatered and that the curable resin is added subsequently.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 13 words
A method according to claim 2, characterized in, that unexpanded microspheres are added.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 19 words
A method according to claim 2, characterized in, that the web is dried before the curable resin is added.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 22 words
A method according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in, that the microspheres are expanded before the addition of the curable resin.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 17 words
A-method according to claim 1, characterized in, that the resin is cured to the B-stage and dried.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 23 words
A method according to claim 1, characterized in, that the curable resin is a formaldehyde based resin with phenol, resorcinol, urea or melamine.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 17 words
A method according to claim 1, characterized in, that a dry web containing unexpanded spheres is impregnated.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 42 words
A method according to claim 1, characterized in, that the expandable microspheres are added in such an amount, that they after expansion will make up between 50 and 95, and preferably between 70 and 90, per cent by volume of the material.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 15 words
A method according to claim 1, characterized in, that the added fibres comprise cellulose fibres.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 18 words
Use of a composite material produced according to any of the claims 1-10 for the manufacture of laminates.
