Abstract
Abstract It comprises a matrix containing at least one compound (I) where R, Z, X and Y are as defined in claim 1 and from 1 to 30 % of an additive used as dopant and containing at least one compound of formula (II) where Z', A and B are also as defined in claim 1. This liquid crystal composition is more particularly useful for the production of display cells with positive contrast by mixing them with one or more dichroic dyes. <IMAGE>
