Abstract Translated from French Couche-culotte comprenant un coussin absorbant entre une feuille intérieure pratiquement étanche à l'eau et une feuille intérieure perméable à l'eau. Diaper comprising an absorbent pad between an interior sheet substantially waterproof and an interior sheet permeable to water. La feuille extérieure (2) et la feuille intérieure (3) sont constituées entièrement par des matières élastiques, par exemple des mousses de matières plastiques. The outer sheet (2) and the inner sheet (3) are made entirely of elastic materials, for example plastics foams. Application : notamment aux couches-culottes pour enfants en bas-âge.
