Process for preparing cell and tissue regenerating substances

Abstract Translated from German Glykolipide mit zell- und geweberegenerierenden Eigenschaften werden aus Blut oder Organhomogenisaten von Säugetieren gewonnen, indem das Ausgangsmaterial einer Autolyse und einer Dialyse gegen ein alkoholischwäßriges Medium unterworfen wird. Aus dem erhaltenen Rohprodukt können die Glykolipide durch Äthanolausfällung oder Extraktion und danach Chromatographie isoliert und gereinigt werden. Das Verfahren ergibt höhere Ausbeuten an Wirkstoffen; es eignet sich zur industriellen Anwendung vorzüglich. Glycolipids with cell and tissue regenerating properties are obtained from mammalian blood or organ homogenates by subjecting the starting material to autolysis and dialysis against an alcoholic aqueous medium. The glycolipids can be isolated and purified from the crude product obtained by ethanol precipitation or extraction and then chromatography. The process gives higher yields of active ingredients; it is ideal for industrial use.
