Claim 1
Independent Claim
112 words
Therapeutic enteric coated granules characterized in that they comprise: (a) a non-steroidal, therapeutic active core; (b) a first coating adhered to said core comprising a non-steroidal, therapeutic active and a polyvinyl pyrrolidone polymer having a molecular weight of 150,000 or greater; (c) a second coating adhered to said first coating of an enteric material; wherein said enteric coated granules are from 0.5mm to 1.5mm in diameter, the weight ratio of said core to said first coating is from 1:0.3 to 1:1, the amount of polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer is from 1% to 20% of said entire first coating, and said enteric coating is from 2% to 10% by weight of the entire coated granule.
