Piezoelectrically driven writing element for recording apparatuses
Abstract
Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schreibelement fit Piezoantrieb für Registrier- und Aufzeichnungsgeräte. The invention relates to a writing element fit piezo drive for recording and recording devices. As a storage container for the writing fluid, the writing element contains a capillary system (7), by means of which a negative pressure is generated at the outlet openings of the writing element as a result of a rising height for the writing fluid which exceeds the filling level; A piezo element (9) which can be controlled via contact rings (11, 12) is provided for droplet ejection; The fill level monitoring is also carried out via the contact rings (11, 12) provided for activation, the step response of the piezo element (9) following an activation pulse and being influenced by the fill level of the storage container being evaluated; the writing element is rotationally symmetrical and can be automatically inserted and changed by means of a gripping device.
