Iron core laminate manufacturing apparatus
Abstract
Abstract An iron core laminate manufacturing apparatus which laminates utilizing the mutual caulking function of laminating projections (11) provided on an iron core board (1), and sets the thickness of the laminated product by the intermittent punch-out control of these projecting parts, characterized in that said apparatus is composed of a marking device (13) which selectively attaches marks (14) beside the parts to be punched of the iron core board (1); a proximity sensor (15) which detects the marks (14); a means (6) for generating a timing signal for each lamination; a means (21) to establish the lamination dimension; an intermittent punching device (9) which controls.,the formation of said projections; and a control device (17), said device calculating lamination thickness from information about the position of said sensor and the measured value obtained when said proximity sensor (15) detected the iron core board (1) provided with said mark (14), calculating then the average thickness of one lamination by dividing said lamination thickness by the number of laminations, totalling said average thickness with each timing signal, and controlling the action of said punching device when this total value exceeds the predetermined value.
