Abstract The circuit arrangement includes a high-voltage MOS switching transistor (for example 110), the controlled path of which is in series with an output load (for example 114), a voltage (V) to be switched which is across the series circuit comprising controlled path of the switching transistor (for example 110) and output load (for example 114), and a capacitor voltage divider (for example 111, 112) which is connected to this voltage and at the tap of which the gate of the switching transistor (for example 110) is located. <IMAGE>
