Electronic welding device
Abstract
Electronic welding device, which has a switching power supply as an actuator for controlling at least one welding parameter, such as welding voltage or welding current, the switching power supply (2, 3, 4, 5) preferably being controlled on the primary side. The actual values of voltage and current are taken from the output of the switching power supply and fed to an analog controller (6). The setpoints of voltage and current are fed to a microprocessor (10) via an input keyboard (11), stored there in a memory and passed on in analog form to the analog controller (6), which carries out a setpoint / actual value comparison and generates an error signal as a function thereof , which is fed to a pulse width modulator of the switching power supply. The pulse width modulator is connected to the driver stages of the switching stage (3) of the switching power supply, which is designed as a flyback converter or flow converter, so that pulse width modulation of the current pulses of the switching stage (3) takes place as a function of the setpoint / actual value deviation (FIG. 1).
