Abstract Translated from German Das Wachstum humaner Fibroblasten und fibroblasten artiger Zellen wird wesentlich dadurch beschleunigt, daß man dem Kulturmedium, das üblicherweise verwendete Zusatzstoffe enthalten kann, zusätzlich einen Lymphokinreichen Lymphozyten-Überstand beimischt. lnsbesondere Fruchtwasserzellen lassen sich mit Hilfe eines Lymphokinreichen Überstandes rascher als bisher züchten, so daß Beurteilung von Fruchtwasserzellkulturen in deutlich kurzer er Zeit als bisher möglich ist. The growth of human fibroblasts and fibroblast-like cells is significantly accelerated by additionally adding a lymphokine-rich lymphocyte supernatant to the culture medium, which may contain additives that are usually used. In particular, amniotic fluid cells can be grown more quickly than before with the aid of a lymphokine-rich supernatant, so that assessment of amniotic fluid cell cultures is possible in a significantly shorter time than previously.
